About the Pharmacist Position:

• Part-time inpatient hospital pharmacist position

• Approximately 8-16 Hours Per Week

• No Nights, No Weekends

• Ability to be on-call

Responsibilities of the Pharmacist:

• Provide Drug Information

• Dosing

• Dispensing

• IV Prep

• Check Work of The Pharmacy Technician

• Order-Entry and Order-Verification

• Partner with Nursing and Providers to Improve Patient Care

Pharmacist Requirements:

• Must Have One Year Inpatient Hospital Experience as a Pharmacist, or recent intern/rotation experience in Inpatient Hospital Pharmacy setting

• Must be Team Player

• Must be Licensed as a pharmacist by the state of Arizona
